The
old settlement-
Zegduleti is an archaeological monument, situated north of the village, dating
back to feudal epoch. Lot of findings were discovered on the settlement, like:
nests, thones (Georgian bakery), pitchers and fragments of clay dishes…

Our
Lady’s church
is an architectural monument, standing north of the village, dating back to
advanced feudal epoch. It is a single-nave church (10,2m x 5,2m) built of
cobblestone and fragmented stone. Shirimi stone is also used. In the west wall
there is a niche and an arched window. Similar windows are in the east wall, two
windows are in the south wall. In the east portion of the north wall on the
stone there is an inscription made in majuscule script, which can’t be
read….
The
building is badly damaged!

Our
Lady’s church
is an architectural monument, standing in the center of the village, on the
cemetery, dating back to late feudal epoch. It is a single-nave church (11,6m x
7,5m), built of square brick
and fragmented sandstone. The ached entrances, which are rectangular
inside are in the south and west walls. Above the door, on the basis cut deep in
the wall there is a cross…..
The building is badly damaged!
