 John the Babtizer’s Church is an architectural monument, standing in the village of Kvemo Rieti, built in XVIII century. It is a single-nave church (8,65m x 7, 75m), built of brick. On tower portron of the north, east, south walls and an apse survive. The entrances are to the south and west. An arrow-shaped window remains in the altar only….

  The building was badly damaged during the 1920 earthquake!
