the Disciple's
church is an architectural monument, standing in the village of Kheltubani
dating back to late feudal epoch.
It
is a single-nave church (25m x 15,8m), built of cobblestone and brick. The door
is in the north wall. On one side of the altar there is a stone-carving shop and
on the other side there is a deacon’s room. Over them facing the hall there
are open concealment places. On either side of the window there is one
rectangular niche. The triumph arch is built of square brick….
The building is damaged!

The
Agia Church
and the old settlement are architectural-archaeological monument, standing 1 km
north of the village. The church dates back to late feudal epoch. It is a
single-nave church (6,8m x 4,5m), built of cobblestone. The entrance is in the
center of the west wall. The nave is covered over with a vault. The old
settlement is near the church. Old Kheltubani must have been on this place. Due
to the lack of water the population must have descended down, where there is the
village of Kheltubani now…..

The
Burial Mound
is an archaeological monument, dating back to second half of the second millennium
B.C. It consists of two groups: the mouds and the Tandi springlet. Two mounds
were excavated, one of them is situated 0,5 km from the village, dating back to
XXIV-XX centuries B.C….
It is badly damaged!
