Akhrisi

Trinity church is an architectural monument standing in the center of Akhrisi dating back to advanced Feudal Epoch. It is a single-nave church (9,8m x  7,0m) built with cobblestone.

 The corners, the edges of the doors and windows are decorated with square red stones. The building must have been rebuilt. The upper portion of the east facade was renewed with brick in late feudal epoch. The arched entrance is to the south. There is a niche in the left side of the semicircular apse. There is a window in south and west walls of the apse. On the top of the window of the east facade there is a brick relief cross. The roof is two sided and is covered with tiles. In the east part there is a brick belfry with 4 pillars…..
